Yes, Bonita. Paul was a misogynist, among many other quirks and faults, but he was a shrewd deal-maker. He continued the substitution of fact for truth that began at Pentecost.-- "Peter unwittingly led off in this mistake, and others followed after him on down to Paul, who created a new religion out of the new version of the good news." Paul created Christianity and now we have to fill in the interstices of his "cut and paste" approach with the real living presence of the Master. No more "second hand God."

It will be interesting to see the "hollywood" version of His life (then the "Baliwood") and finally will come "THE RELIGION OF JESUS" The Movie!!! By then there might well be 10's of thousands of study groups worldwide to foster that interest into something more permanent than mere sensation.
Slowly but surely the Power of Love is overcoming the Love of Power

@ Van Secular totalitarianism is not just north America's noose it's wide spread in almost every nation on the planet and it has developed into militant secularism as mentioned in the u.b. I am a glass half full kind of guy to though.

On a side not I think a well done animated movie that stays away from the Jesus papers would be awesome.

Like our Brother Scott , I Also Feel That The FER Was/IS An Emergency Revelation Also.

But ~ '' Urantia is now quivering on the very brink of one of its most amazing and enthralling epochs of social readjustment, moral quickening, and spiritual enlightenment.''

195:9.2 But paganized and socialized Christianity stands in need of new contact with the uncompromised teachings of Jesus; it languishes for lack of a new vision of the Master’s life on earth. A new and fuller revelation of the religion of Jesus is destined to conquer an empire of materialistic secularism and to overthrow a world sway of mechanistic naturalism. Urantia is now quivering on the very brink of one of its most amazing and enthralling epochs of social readjustment, moral quickening, and spiritual enlightenment.

44:8.1 Although celestial artisans do not personally work on material planets, such as Urantia, they do come, from time to time, from the headquarters of the system to proffer help to the naturally gifted individuals of the mortal races. When thus assigned, these artisans temporarily work under the supervision of the planetary angels of progress. The seraphic hosts co-operate with these artisans in attempting to assist those mortal artists who possess inherent endowments, and who also possess Adjusters of special and previous experience.

Yes, Urantia is quivering on the brink of an enthralling epoch but the epoch won't settle down for a millennium. There will be plenty of adjustments and readjustments of society and culture in the mean time.

99:1.1 This new and oncoming social order will not settle down complacently for a millennium. The human race must become reconciled to a procession of changes, adjustments, and readjustments. Mankind is on the march toward a new and unrevealed planetary destiny.
