Will Smith movie, "Hancock." Was it inspired by a particular order of Celestials?

There are two superheroes, Hancock and his sister. If you recall, Hancock's super strength weakens as he gets closer in proximity to his sister. In fact, both superheroes lose power when they are near each other. I was reading the papers on Solitary Messengers and stumbled on the following:

23:1.9 "...Solitary Messengers...if two or more of this order are in close proximity, both or all are thrown out of liaison with the higher circulating forces. They are "short circuited"..."

It crossed my mind that perhaps the writer of the movie was inspired by TUB narrative on Solitary messengers. Here is the trailer to the movie if you have not seen it.
